Frequently Asked Questions

I feel deeply grateful to work with the adult ballet community. Dancers from all walks of life and every stage of experience come together in the studio—some dancers have been with us for decades! Each class reminds me that every chapter of the ballet journey holds its own beauty and grace. In moving together, we celebrate not only the art of dance, but also the profound way the arts connect us to our shared humanity.
