We offer classes 7 days a week! Each class is carefully cultivated by one of our world-class instructors or Ballet West company dancers. We offer ballet classes at all of our locations. All classes are open to the public ages 13 years and older.
We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced ballet classes at all of our locations. Regardless of prior experience, if you are brand new to ballet we recommend our Starter Series.

Adult Ballet Summer Workshops
A dynamic week-long intensive designed specifically for adult dancers. Each day will begin with a full technique class to refine your foundation and build strength, followed by an additional hour focused on variations, conditioning, and contemporary movement. The week will culminate in an informal in-studio showcase to celebrate your progress and share your work with friends and family.

Curriculum Design Seminar
The Ballet West Curriculum Design Seminar empowers school directors and their faculty with tools to develop a custom tailored curriculum to meet the needs of their individual studio and incorporate research in best practices to nurture dancers and elevate training for all ages.
The seminars prepare directors and faculty to create or refine their studio curriculum utilizing new tools and feedback.

• The dress code for classes is flexible; wear what you feel most comfortable in, you can come in a leotard and tights or yoga pants and a t-shirt.
• For Beginners: Casual attire such as dance shoes and yoga pants are welcome in adult classes.
• For Intermediate: We strongly encourage ballet slippers.
• For Intermediate/Advanced or Advanced: We require ballet slippers; you may take a class in pointe shoes if you have trained en pointe.
• We request that you do not wear strong perfumes or colognes as some people do have allergies.
• Food, drinks, and gum are not allowed in the studio. You may bring a plastic water bottle (no glass) that closes tightly.
